Of course it's possible. But remember, any CSS required by a Library item
MUST BE IN THE parent file, not the Library item. If you must see the
rendering while working on the Library item, then use design time
stylesheets (in DW).
A properly formed Library item cannot contain <html>, <head>, or <body>
tags, nor can it contain CSS rule declarations.
But why use Library items instead of server-side includes?

Am looking for suggestions on how to incorporate css for library items in
Dreamweaver ... or if it is even possible. Alignments aren't working on
dynamic
pages...okay in Firefox but not IE. Currently have library items in table
format but would prefer to set them up as divs. Any suggestions would be
greatly appreciated.
