Murray,

 Sorry I did not get back to you earlier.  had to redo the whole thing and 
start from scratch.  I recreated the templates from scratch and then renamed 
them to be the same as the corrupt ones.  I then updated all of the pages and 
that seemed to work.  I wasn't sure that was going to work, but glad it did.
