Photo Scrolling

I have a series of images (roughly 100x80 px) in a row or a column. I am 
looking to add a 'scroll bar' so that these images can be scrolled along as is 
possible to do with text. 

 i am wondering if anyone here knows how to do this or even if it is possible?
