How to copy a big file with a dialog window?

Make a programma copy a big file to hard disk  ,like MPEG file , big size more 
than 200M , so I use Buddy API baCopyFile ,  but When it working , there is no 
any tip ,  just hard disk light flashing  .  How can I show a dialog like 
windows copy file ,showing the copy percent ?
