Hate to break it to you, but this forum has never been actively 
monitored by Adobe or Macromedia employees. It is a forum for folks to 
help each other out.  This fact has been mentioned many many times.  The 
only real affiliation that it has with the Adobe or Macromedia is that 
it is hosted on their server.  In fact, I see it as sort of a givewaway 
that the forum is still called "macromedia.director.basics"... There are 
ways that you can get comments or support issues to the actual people at 
Adobe, and that is generally involved with sending them email or calling 
them.
