MP4's in Director

Hi all,

 I have a simple question that I cannot find the answer to. I have a simple 
menu that jumps to various frames and plays a quicktime flavor of mp4. Four 
rollover buttons that go to a client supplied video that I placed in the score 
over a solid colored background. It works fine on my Mac (17' Mac Book Pro), 
but on any PC when it autoruns the projector it seems fine but when you select 
a button it opens an explorer window asking which video to open. If you choose 
a video it then goes to the proper frame and plays fine. If you choose cancel 
it goes to the proper frame but does not play. 

 I originally set this up to open in quicktime using an Extra and it worked 
perfect but the client doesn't like the fact it opens in multiple quicktime 
players. Any Suggestions?
