It may be that your projector is looking for a .dll that it can't find. It's 
probably one of these:dirapi.dll, iml32.dll, proj.dll, msvcrt.dll. You should 
be able to find a copy of each in the Director application folder. If you have 
an external Xtras folder, you can place them in there, or next to the projector 
file.
