Unable to load movie playlist - error

Hello - I have built a kiosk which runs on several machines.  On one of the 
machines I get the error "Unable to load movie playlist .... etc"  I understand 
that this error is due to long filenames (over 125 characters).  The path to my 
projector is LESS than 125 characters (123).  However I still get the error on 
one machine, but not on another.  I'm running MX2004 on Windows XP sp2 on all 
machines.  Even when I copy the projector to the desktop and try to run from 
there I still gety the same error.

 Any ideas??
