Please help? Can't log on and need to work

Hello:

 I'm using Contribute 3 on an iMac G5 with Leopard 10.5.4.  Contribute has been 
working just fine but suddenly, when I try to edit a page, I get this message:

 Access denied.  The file may not exist or there could be a permission problem.

 I haven't changed any of my settings so I don't know what caused this problem. 
 All I do know is that I need to make some changes to my website and I can't 
access it.  Can anyone help me with this?
