Admin Contribute in Drmwvr - "must install Contribute"

I have been administering the Contribute site from Dreamweaver 8, with 
Contribute 4 installed on the same machine. Now when I try to "Administer Site 
in Contribute" (to create a new user), I am disallowed with the message "You 
must install Contribute Version 2.0 or later to administer a site. Would you 
like to install Contribute now?" -- and of course that just takes me to the 
Adobe page to buy Contribute. Akkk.
