I beleive you are reffering to the "Styles and Fonts" dialog box under "Edit 
Role Settings" when administering a Website correct?

 If so then I do not believe i have any filter applied.

 I have checked allow users to apply styles
 I have checked include html heading styles
 I have checked inclued css styles in the style menu with show all css styles 
selected underneath
 I have checked allow users to apply fonts and sizes
 I have checked allow users to apply bold etc.
 I have checked allow users to apply font color etc.

 Also as I mentioned before, I have logged in using the connection key that I 
sent them I beleive that means I would have the exact same permissions as they 
do. Yet the styles are available to me and not to them.
