Custom styles available to me but not to another user

I can see the custom styles, other contribute user cannot.

 I have even used the same connection key I sent them on 2 different internet 
connections. The custom styles are available to me from the styles dropdown 
menu. 

 Why are they not available to this other user?

 We are both using Contribute CS3

 Any help?
