To manage files and find files to edit/delete outside the range of the 
navigation and links of yours website, check out the 'Choose' button on the 
right of the address bar. This way you can also find the files loaded in your 
I-frames.

 To delete files you need to have the proper rights (Edit, Administer websites) 
set to be allowed to delete files. The proces of deleting is:
 1. open the file ('Choose' button)
 2. go to: File, Actions, Delete page
