It does not include the native Oracle driver, the license fees charged by Oracle precludes it from being included in the Standard edition. (This is one of the biggest factors for the price difference between Standard and Enterprise). On Standard you need to use either the Oracle ODBC driver which is less desirable but simpler to set up or the Oracle JDBC thin client.
