I'm using Coldfusion MX7 and I don't have an Oracle datasource driver available in my drop down list, but I need to be able to connect to one. How do I go about getting this setup? I've looked around, but can't seem to find any info on how to do this.

You must be on the CF Standard edition. It does not include the native Oracle driver, the license fees charged by Oracle precludes it from being included in the Standard edition. (This is one of the biggest factors for the price difference between Standard and Enterprise).

On Standard you need to use either the Oracle ODBC driver which is less desirable but simpler to set up or the Oracle JDBC thin client. Here is the Adobe nee Macromedia nee Allaire TechNote on how to configure the JDBC thin driver. http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_18344
