We were happily running CF 8 on our Windows 2003 box using IIS 6 and decided we
should do the CF 8 Updater to 8.0.1 So we shut down CF services, updated using
the updater we downloaded and after it said it successfully installed and we
rebooted everything is messed up now:

 1) I can get to the Cfadmin login and after logging in i just get a bunch of
garbagetext and code displayed via text:
 Êþº¾-`

 etc...etc....etc...etc...

 2) All my apps respond now with:
The system has attempted to use an undefined value, which usually indicates a
programming error, either in your code or some system code.
Null Pointers are another name for undefined values.

Can anyone hep me figure out what went wrong?
