1) The [i]file[/i] structure is deprecated. use [i]cffile.ServerFile[/i] 
instead.

 2) Aside from Prasanth25's remark, the form tag should have the attributes 
[i]method="post"[/i] and [i]enctype="multipart/form-data"[/i]
