ORA-03113 Please help

My application log file is filled with this error: ORA-03113: end-of-file on 
communication channel on multiple applications. People are trying to login and 
are being presented with this. I do not believe we had this happening on the 
old server (NT); we moved to Windows 2003 server in March 08; any help would be 
greatly appreciated. I am running (still I know) CF5 and my code talks to an 
oracle 9 db.
