Tabbed cflayout and cfmenu

Hi all,

 I am using the tabbed cflayout for one of my screens but am getting an issue 
with my menu displaying behind the tabs. 

 I am using cfmenu and it works fine with all of the other content but not the 
cflayout. I used to get a similar issue with flash forms but this was solved by 
using wmode=opaque. 

 Anyone any ideas how to resolve? I have tried using z-index but this doesn't 
seem to work unless I am using it wrong of course.
