How do I post to a new page when the 1st page is full?

How do you create a bul. board where the posts go on a 2nd page when the first 
page is filled ...and 3rd page when 2nd is full, etc ... Maybe I can stick a 
wordcount in a while loop before the CFOutPUT Tag? Is there such a variable 
that holds a word count or better still, a line count?
