Thanks to both for the reply. In the DB, I have the numbers stored as integer numbers and the format is 00, this way when I add a number it shows as 01,02, etc. So what is the best way to ensure that the numbers from 1-9 get outputed as 01-09 using the numberformat? for my sewcond question, if I need to just extract the numbers after the second -, what should I use? sorry, have not used coldfusion in a while and very rusty. Thanks |
