I figured out the RDS issue - check the web.xml file in the WEB-INF folder of 
cfroot and webroot. I uncommented the <servlet-name> and the <servlet-mapping> 
tags which referenced RDS Servlet, restarted the server, and that took care of 
the RDS issue.
