Flash uploading -- file size limit?

I have been testing the CF ProFlashUpload tool from 
http://www.cftagstore.com/tags/flashmultipleupload.cfm but so far it won't 
upload anything larger than around 200mb.  I can't narrow it down exactly.  But 
it doesn't matter if I'm using it locally on Windows or on Linux Ubuntu.  I get 
the same result.  IO error.  My ColdFusion and Webserver thresholds are all 
wide open to recieve any file size I want.  So I'm thinking it must be in the 
flash??

 You can tell my installation here.  It doesn't even need to go all the way, it 
will bomb at some point in the first half of the upload.

 Any insight would be helpful.  Thanks.
