Hello. We are experiencing random instances of the ColdFusion/Flash form dropping the passed url.field information. It is only happening at ONE client's site, and only on three computers. It is a random occurrence, where the Flash form will load properly with the ?RecordID=12345 being passed to the form and underlying CFC query. When the form is filled out, and the Submit button is clicked, the page seems to reload/refresh without the ?RecordID=12345 at the end of the URL. The record then gets passed to the MS SQL database without the Key Field ID number from the URL. The record is added, but with a NULL value inserted into our related ID field. We thought it might be McAfee Security somehow affecting Flash, but the third computer is running Norton 360. There are plans to consolidate all the computers onto a Corporate AntiVirus product (possibly Panda) in the future. In the meantime, we've been unable to isolate and consistently reproduce this issue. Has anyone seen this happen before? Thanks in advance! |
