cfchart and wmode

I need some help with a menu that is going underneath my flash chart using 
cfchart tags.

 With a normal flash object i know you can get around this by adding a wmode = 
"transparent" parameter however i do not know how to access the parameters of 
the dynamically created flash chart.

 Any help would be apprieciated :)
