Problem creating datasource in CF Administrator

I just downloaded and installed the Developer version of CF 8.01.  I get the 
following error message when I try to create a data source using the ODBC 
socket (this same ODBC works fine with other apps, so I know the ODBC is 
good)....

 Connection verification failed for data source: DC_CMECF_Live
 java.sql.SQLException: [Macromedia][SequeLink JDBC Driver][ODBC 
Socket][Informix][Informix ODBC Driver]Unable to load translation DLL.
 The root cause was that: java.sql.SQLException: [Macromedia][SequeLink JDBC 
Driver][ODBC Socket][Informix][Informix ODBC Driver]Unable to load translation 
DLL.
