CF 5 and SQL Server 2005

We are currently running CF 5.0, and using SQL Server 2000. We have outgrown 
the DB server, and our response times are suffering badly. So, we're going to 
get a new DB server. We do not have time yet to convert over to CFMX - that'll 
be next. Has anyone connected CF 5.0 to SQL Server 2005, and are there any 
issues with doing so. Also, any code conversion issues.
