Keep in mind that if you do go with the Oracle JDBC 'Thin Client' option you will NOT be able to return result sets from stored procedures using ref cursors. So, if you depend upon PL/SQL stored procedures for returning queries, then you will be out of luck without Enterprise. I used to be able to do so with ODBC, but that was back with ColdFusion 4.5 and Oracle 8, so I don't know how ODBC would perform wich CF8 and Oracle 10 when attempting to return result sets from PL/SQL.
