 At the same time however there are flavours of Eclipse, such as
MyEclipse, that do provide a very nice design view for the html. It
also comes with a very nice set of plugins for server control (J2EE
servers like JBoss or Tomcat), SQL, XML, image editing and UML
diagramming, just to name a few. While it does cost, $30 or $60 per
year is nothing like the cost for Dreamweaver.
