We are on VPS account and the email sent via SmarterMail supplies the message 
ID with 80ae8a477e654058bc2d083970393258@nameofmy vps-server.myvps-host.net 

 so i guess is not a SmarterMail issue. Actually only one particular email is 
not sent by CFMAIL - just one.. ain't that weird. How do I correct this. Where 
should I look once more.
