Yes it is feasible, all though not very efficient since commas would make just 
as much sense and never require the user to leave the page. if you use a buttin 
to add fields, you would have to reload the page each time because the CF 
commands must run server-side.

 Would they accept a single memo field where the user could enter one address 
per line and not require the commas?
