cfif conditional statement

Hi amm I am trying to straighten out some code.

 If it comes from one hpage it needs to meet a certain set of conditions, if it 
comes from another it should get a second set of conditions.

 How would I construct an if statement to deal with what page it came from?  I 
hope this makes sense...
