To add to Rich's post, here's the link to CFEclipse:
 http://www.cfeclipse.org/

 To the download/install page:
 http://www.cfeclipse.org/index.cfm?event=page&page=download

Once installed, you can open the CFEclipse perspective by selecting "Open
Perspective" from the Window menu. If you don't see CFEclipse in a preset list,
which you probably won't, just chose other and you'll get a list of installed
perspectives you can open.

To set CFEclipse as the default perspective,
 1. open Eclipse (after installing CFEclipse, of course)
 2. open the application preferences
 3. open/expand the General option
 4. select Perspectives
 5. click on CFEclipse in the list of installed perspecitves
 6. select "Make Default"
 7. select "OK"

 HTH!
 Craig
