Best way to stream MP3 files with or without Flash

I was looking for a kind of a built in player look in that all the user has to 
do is click and it will start playing within the browser.  Some of the files 
are even 48MB long so if I can reduce that too that would be good.  client goes 
on conferences and plan to record more conferences and we would like to host 
them on the site.

 Any Help?
