Do you think these LMS folks are helpful? This is set to use SCORM 1.2, 
right?  (if you didn't set it otherwise, it should be)

I would ask them if the cmi._version is something that should be set in 
the imsmanifest.xml file. I don't see it in our standard manifest... If 
not, then check the KO if there's a place to do that.

cmi.core.exit should definitely be set (when the lesson exits), but 
pretty sure the LMS KO can do that. Check all settings in the KO...

most likely! I've not had any issues with SCORM (1.2!) compliance and 
these KOs.
