Apparently you updated it a lot.

I think flags are only used in KDE. YaST2 doesn't use any flags.

I.e. if you want to add a Georgian flag, better submit it to the KDE
project so they can add it upstream.  It will then appear on SuSE
Linux after the next KDE update.
