I think it would be nice for the Release Notes to warn admins to review their
disk space before attempting an upgrade. Attached is a first attempt at such
a section.

A full section on how to keep systems clean should be left on the "Debian
Reference" (although I don't see any there). I've added some references in the
comments of the patch)
