If I read the procedure correctly it says: "Once they have approved
your request you should ask them to send a (signed) request to
debian-admin."

So, actually, it should be you, Javier, who sends the request to
debian-admin..:)

Of course, if you think that I'd better send it myself, I'll do so,
but I follow the procedure..:)
