freeze-exception for wmnetselect 0.85-6

Hello Release Team!

I'm here to ask for a freeze exception for wmnetselect 0.85-6; that QA
upload fixed the RC bug #419932 ("should suggest iceweasel/iceape
now").

I know, it's not just a minimal update for that bug, but I think it
doesn't make sense for a package that receive the last upload 2.5years
ago only fix that bug, of couse you can disagree :)

Please find attach the debdiff and note the package is already been
build on all archs[1]
