v-sim: Fix of serious bug #492777

Hello,

A serious bug has been reported in one of my package.
It concerns a dependency on libopenbabel2 which has been removed:

I fixed it in unstable (version 3.3.3-2).
The change is the following:

I would like to know it is possible to let this package migrate to
testing ?
