freeze exception for mlpcap 0.9-13

Hello,

I have uploaded mlpcap 0.9-13 yesterday to fix an important bugs:

The fix is only one patch:

This is not a perfect solution, but a better solution will have required
patching other package as well (camlidl). 

The package priority is optional. From lenny version (0.9-12) to sid
version (0.9-13) the only diff is this patch.

Can you allow mlpcap 0.9-13 to enter testing?
