Hi, please unblock xserver-xorg-video-intel/2:2.3.2-2+lenny1 This version has some cherry-picked commits from 2.4.0, namely: - support for new chipsets (G45, Q45) - quirks for hardware where pipe A needs to always be enabled - use the kernel backlight interface on asus and eeepc laptops - don't use framebuffer compression if the uncompressed buffer is too big - don't initialize the TV encoder on desktop chips (it's only wired up on mobile chipsets) - ignore the TV output on some machines where it doesn't exist 2.4.0 also adds support for the integrated HDMI output on the newer chipsets, but I decided to hold off on that for the initial upload. I might try to backport it in +lenny2 once the current version is in testing. 3d support for the new chipsets was added in mesa 7.0.3-4.
