Please re-work the synopsis in line with the Best Packaging Practices

The synopsis should not be capitalised like the start of a sentence.

The synopsis should be an appositive clause to help state what the
package "is", such that it fits into the following template:

    <packagename> is {a,an,the} <synopsis>

A better synopsis for this package might be:

    lister for TV programme guides

If that doesn't actually describe what the package does, feel free to
improve it.
