RFS: fdflush (updated package)

Dear mentors,

I am looking for a sponsor for the new version 1.0.1.3
of my package "fdflush".

It builds these binary packages:
fdflush    - Flush out-of-date disk buffers

The package appears to be lintian clean.

The upload would fix these bugs: 429468 and bumps Standars to 3.8.0
