Bug#385466: Kbfx changes the panel size without confirmation from user

Just after adding the kbfxsphinx applet to panel, size of the panel 
is set to 48. Any custom configuration that user might have done
earlier are discarded.

I think it should ask the user for confiramtion, or does not change it
at all.

Second - it changes the size of all panels, not just the one it is put
on.
