If you mean CDMA 1xRTT EV-DO networking support, that's something I am after
too. In fact, my local CDMA operator offers a Kyocera KPC650 cardbus adapter
that provides an USB modem interface to the system.
I have seen some related discussion:
1. (this is GPRS, but modem related nevertheless)
http://bugs.opensolaris.org/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=6314536
2. (looks promising):
http://bugs.opensolaris.org/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=6349545
3. (not much information, but as the status is open, we might have some
feedback here):

Basically, I think you will need to get low-level support (cardbus, probably)
for the device you have and try to figure out what kind of interface it
provides for the system to see it as a modem. If it is USB, bug 2 above might
point the way. If not, you may want to gather more configuration information
and post it here to get some help. Finally, once you have a modem interface to
your card, that you can interact with through cu or tip and send AT commands
to, then you can configure pppd to give you an IP interface. That's the path
I'm following, but I'm still in cardbus support.
