KFileMetaInfo change by merge of kdelibs-strigi

Hi all,

The branch kdelibs-strigi has been merged into kdelibs. In addition
kdebase has been patched to work with the new code. I'm guessing quite
a few issues will turn up for two reasons:
- KFileMetaInfo changed
- KFilePlugin is gone and has move to KFileWritePlugin and strigi analyzers.
