tentou dar um clean no projeto não..
aba Project -> Clean ...
dai tu seleciona o projeto e manda dar um clean..
deve tá acontecendo isso pq o eclipse, por algum motivo, não está conseguindo gerar o projeto corretamente..
e não está encontrando os novos arquivos.. essas coisas.. isso é apenas um chute.. :D

essa index.jsp, é chamada quando?
ela está na mesma pasta dos outros formulários?
Galera alguem será que pode em dar uma luz esta dando o erro abaixo:
Porem isso foi em um arquivo novo que criei index.jsp..o resto com formularios e td mais esta normal...este index nao tem nada so um f: view, um form e um outputtext...
