Eu já vi uma única vez, mas era problema de serialização do objeto, como te disse.

Esse problema só acontece em um ponto de sua aplicação ou em qualquer tela que use o t:saveState?

A versão do tomcat em desenvolvimento é 6.0.18 e no servidor é 6.0.20, ela já esteve rodando neste servidor, mas para tive de colocar um correção lá e parou de funcionar corretamente.

Honestamente, não sei o que pode ser, já tentei até colocar a mesma versão do tomcat que uso, mas sem resultado.
