There are no such messages in standard CVS. Either you are using
something else (such as CVSNT, WinCVS, Tortoise, etc.), in which case
you should ask them, or you are using a locally modified version of CVS,
or the message is comming from something called from one of the
administrative files (loginfo, commitinfo, etc.).
