a new version for Aeneas

I am very pleased to let you know that a new version of Aeneas has been released.

This version is the 1.2 and represents a bug fix of the precedent version.

 

Aeneas is a 3D semiconductor devices simulator based on MC and hydrodynamical

methods/models. It is advanced and reliable. Particles dynamics is consistently

coupled to 3D tetrahedra meshes. This is a unique feature for such a simulator.
